Latest Event News

Over the last few months we have held many sucessful events and collections. It is still obvious that the current economic problems are affecting people, but things are recovering.

We held our 60th Aniversary Summer Fair on the 13th of June in Crawley Hospitals Grounds which was a great sucess. (Details on out News page).

On the 14th  May we held a lunch for Staff and Ex-staff of Crawley Hospital. More details on our news page.

Upcoming Event News

Our next Event is Marias Annual Charity Ball on the 21st November (all tickets sold). News and photos will appear after the event.

Our trial  of holding Book Sales twice a month instead of just once has been a success. Check our events diary for 2010 and you will see that they will remain at 2 Book Sales a month for the whole year.....

Over recent months the League has also helped by providing the following items for various Hospital Departments:- Hoists, Breast Scanner, Fax Machines for three Wards,  Seca-Scale and Dinamap for Comet Ward, Televisions/Radios for Caravelle Ward,  Flowers, Newspapers,  Garden Equipment, Artwork..........
